Clearing of snow or ice Neither the County of Westchester or the Bee-Line system are responsible for the clearing of snow and ice at bus stops except if they are on county property such as the Grasslands Reservation, White Plains Bus Terminal or at a county bus shelter (the shelters with advertising). If there is snow or ice at any other location, contact your local municipality for action.
