Public Hearing Jan. 23 on Bee-Line Bus Fares, Part of the MTA's Fare Increase

The Westchester County Department of Public Works and Transportation will conduct a public hearing on Wed., January 23 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Westchester County Center in White Plains, to seek public comment on adoption of the MTA fare increase for the Bee-Line Bus System to become effective March 3, 2013.

Bee-Line Route BxM4C, Westchester-Manhattan Express:
This fare will not change, with the cost of one ride remaining at $7.50 and at $3.75 for the Senior and Disabled Fare.

All persons in attendance at the public hearing will be afforded an opportunity to present comments orally.  Persons wishing to provide comment in writing may do so at the hearing or they may mail them to the Westchester County Department of Public Works and Transportation, 100 E. 1st Street, Mount Vernon, New York 10550. All written comments must be received at the above address by the close of business on Jan. 24, 2013.

The Westchester County Center is located at 198 Central Avenue and is an accessible building.
