Fares
Effective January 4, 2026, the base fare will be $3.00, and $1.50 for reduced-fare riders. The BxM4C will be $7.75; $3.85 for reduced-fare riders during off-peak trips.

Coins, exact change only, no pennies or bills are accepted, and with OMNY, riders can save money through weekly fare capping. Pay for 12 rides using the same card or device in a 7-day period, and all additional rides within the week are free. Learn more here.
When boarding, have your preferred OMNY payment, MetroCard or exact coin fare ready. If you are paying with coins and need a transfer, ask for it at the time of fare payment.
Children under five ride free when accompanied by a fare-paying adult.
Senior and disabled reduced fares are available to riders at least 65 years of age, certified disabled persons and valid Medicare card holders with proper photo identification. OMNY reduced-fares are only available to holders of personalized reduced-fare OMNY cards. Learn more here.

Transfers |

MetroCards MetroCard sales ended on December 31, 2025, and cards are no longer be reloadable. Bee-Line will continue to accept MetroCard as a form of payment into 2026. Weekly and monthly MetroCards must be activated by January 31, 2026. |
