The summer free rides program will continue through September 5, 2022.  The MetroCard Mobile sales van will resume operation in August 2022 (Monday August 15th - Friday August 19th) 

Van Schedule in English and Spanish 

The MetroCard mobile sales van makes its rounds in Westchester to assist riders with all of their MetroCard business. The van is staffed by MTA New York City Transit Authority customer service representatives who are happy to answer questions and help with any issues you may have. 

MetroCard is the automated regional fare collection system managed by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.

Visit the MetroCard Mobile Sales Van for help on any of the following items:

• Reduced-Fare application assistance.
• Submission of damaged Reduced-Fare MetroCards in exchange for a temporary replacement.
• Report of a Lost/Stolen Reduced-Fare MetroCard.
• Any other MetroCard-related inquiries or support.

 Until further notice the MetroCard van will not be handling credit or debit card transactions. All transactions are cash only.
