Public Hearing on Bee-Line Fares

Notice of Public Hearing

Topic: To seek public comment on the Bee-Line System’s proposed fare adjustments, required to align with MTA’s rates, to take effect on January 4, 2026
Date: Thursday, December 18, 2025
Time: 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Location:
Westchester County Michaelian Office Building
148 Martine Avenue
5th Floor Room 527
White Plains, NY 10601

The County will also provide access to the public hearing virtually via videoconference and dial in participation by phone. Registration for this can be done online at https://bit.ly/omny-12

Upon registering you will be e-mailed with information on how to access the webinar.

These changes are scheduled to take effect on January 4, 2026, and would align Bee-Line fares with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) as the County moves toward full OMNY integration.

The proposal includes adjustments to the base fare and reduced fare categories, as well as a separate increase for the BxM4C express route. Aligning Bee-Line fares with the MTA ensures riders maintain free transfers and benefit from the 7-day OMNY fare cap. As the MTA phases out 7-day and 30-day MetroCards, the Bee-Line will adopt the OMNY $35 weekly fare cap for unlimited trips, excluding the BxM4C.
