Complaints or comments, to the extent possible, will receive an acknowledgement e-mail within 24 hours of receipt. Allow additional time for weekends or holidays.

DPW&T does not respond to comments which cannot be understood or are not related to the Bee-Line Bus System. A DPW&T staff member may follow-up with you as necessary to obtain additional information.
