Mobile Sales Van (formerly MetroCard Van) Brochure and Schedule

Van Brochure in English and Spanish (October, November December 2025) * New Saturday Schedule* 

The Mobile Sales Van makes its rounds in Westchester to assist riders with all of their MetroCard business and OMNY business.  As the transition to OMNY nears, the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) has switched its mobile sales vehicles, originally used for MetroCard assistance, to helping customers learn more about the new system or to transfer MetroCard balances to OMNY.

The van is staffed by MTA New York City Transit Authority customer service representatives who are happy to answer questions and help with any issues you may have. 

Visit the Mobile Sales Van for help on any of the following items:

• Reduced-Fare application assistance.
• Submission of damaged Reduced-Fare MetroCards in exchange for a temporary replacement.
• Report of a Lost/Stolen Reduced-Fare MetroCard.
• Any other MetroCard-related inquiries or support.
• Get more information about OMNY.
• Transfer value from a MetroCard (full-fare or Reduced-Fare) to an OMNY card.

Note: Mobile sales vans are making credit card transactions for OMNY only.  You can still buy a MetroCard using cash
