Making ParaTransit Reservations

ParaTransit trip reservations can be made online or by phone. Next day reservations, either online or by phone, must be made before 5 p.m.

Busiest Time of Day

When reserving a ride, Bee-line ParaTransit riders are encouraged to consider the busiest times of day, as they may experience significant travel delays. Delays can be unpredictable and are often due to more vehicles being on the road, accidents and construction. These delays, may impact the services provided by ParaTransit.

Days and times when riders may experience delays:
• Mornings 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
• Afternoons 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m

Online Reservations -- The online reservation system is currently unavailable. We are currently working to restore service as quickly as possible.  However, you may make your reservation by phone. See the instructions below.

Access the ParaTransit Online Reservation System.

  • Enter your Client ID.
  • Please select “Forgot Password.” Then, insert your email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

If the system is unavailable, make your reservation by phone using the instructions below.
